Only the prices in our written offers are binding on both parties.

In order to purchase products from the online store of VALIS 03 Ltd., customers do registration and fill in personal information in the registration form. This information is under the protection of the law on personal data protection. VALIS 03 EOOD uses the personal one information solely for the purpose of placing an order. ORDER

Find the item you want and press the "BUY" button to add it to the cart for shopping, which is located in the upper right corner of the screen. Once you have selected the desired onesitems enter the shopping cart where you can see the selected items, their quantity and value. To continue with the order, press the button "ORDER". If you are not logged in, it will prompt you to do so or to register if you are not yet registered.

DELIVERY

The value of transport costs for delivery are not included in the price of the goods. And subject to further clarification and payment by the client. Within Sofia, the cost of delivery depends on the area in which you are located. Information about shipping outside Sofia can be obtained at the telephone numbers listed on the site. After placing your order and confirming it our employee will contact you to specify hours and cost of delivery. Available goods are delivered within 2 to 4 working days after the order is placed. Delivery is mandatory with transport of the company
or courier. Goods with order are delivered 2-3 weeks from the date of arrival of payment in our bank account.

Important!

Upon delivery, be sure to open and check the goods in front of the courier for any problems. If a problem is identified, request that a statement of findings be drawn up.
Without such a protocol, if there is a problem on your part, there is no basis for filing on complaint. Only with it you can request the removal of a complaint.

RETURN OF GOODS

Return of purchased goods from VALIS 03 EOOD is done with a written application in which you declare your desire to return the purchased goods. In case of refusal, please receive from us goods to be stored in a way that has not violated their quality and safety.
Upon withdrawal from the contract, the goods will be returned at the expense of the buyer in their initial state, i.e. the packaging in which they are normally commercially available and necessarily with the accompanying documentation. Otherwise, the termination of the contract takes place after a new negotiation of compensation for the reduced consumer properties of the product.
